Love on the Spectrum wins at BANFF Rockies Awards

Love on the Spectrum has won Best Lifestyle Program at the 2021 Rockies Awards.

Docuseries Love on the Spectrum explores the lives of people on the autism spectrum as they attempt to find love. The finale of the second season aired on ABC last week and the show has been picked up globally by Netflix.

“We’ve put our hearts and souls into making the series and have taken on the huge responsibility of crafting the show with much humbleness,” executive producer Karina Holden told IF.

“We made it believing the lessons we need to learn about love, kindness and acceptance as a society, shine through in the stories of our onscreen participants.

“To watch the global audience fall in love with those on Love on the Spectrum is so gratifying and this award is a reflection on their openness and generosity.”
